From conception to birth, it's all about babies, but Pregnant Lady Dancing is about the ridiculous, heartwrenching wonder of producing parents. It follows four stories in which a gay couple adopts, an estranged couple reunites, a perfect couple crumbles, and an ill-equipped couple kind of succeeds. Nine months are condensed into ninety minutes, and four babies are forever bonded by being born at exactly the same time.
